Zutaten:
- 80/20 ground meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Liquid Smoke
Zubereitung:
- Vacuum at low setting to not deform the patty
- Sous Vide at 57°C for 2 hours
- Let dry and cool down a little bit
- Sear in ripping hot cast iron pan
