  • 80/20 ground meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Liquid Smoke

Zubereitung:

  • Vacuum at low setting to not deform the patty
  • Sous Vide at 57°C for 2 hours
  • Let dry and cool down a little bit
  • Sear in ripping hot cast iron pan
